I shared this protocol in the forums i frequent as food for thought and feed back . Boy did i ever get lit up by people saying this cycle is stupid , makes no fucking sense and is complicated for a first time cycle . They say why use letrozole when you don’t know how his E2 levels will react , why use this much test , why start with a long ester then go to a short one , why have both , they said the letro dose is way too strong and will crash the e2 levels and also that its almost impossible to break a pill into that dose also . What are your thoughts on this? you didn’t go into enough depth on why this cycles set up this way , why using letro over something else ? since there is no protocol listed for an alternative and also why using the esters the way you set them up and why front loading with a long ester that apparently wont even kick in for like 4 weeks or more .
The exact dosing instructions for nitric oxide supplement is not known. However, most supplements contain an average dose of grams of L-arginine and L-citrulline. We suggest you follow a process known as tolerance mapping to understand just how much nitric acid is required for your body. The process is simple. All you have to do is start with a small dose in Week 1. During the first week, make sure you note down the benefits and side effects that you are feeling. Once your body has adjusted to the lowest dose possible, you can then increase the dosing until you start feeling beneficial effects. Gradually, your body starts adjusting to the supplement and you will hit your optimal dose. However, the temporary recommendations for the supplement that you can take 2000mg-6000mg per day for optimum effects. Please note that overdosing is possible as dose variations can happen due to physiological differences. In case you notice diarrhea, vomiting, weakness, and nausea, stop the supplement immediately and consult your personal physician. Please note that liquids are absorbed much faster than solids and dosages for liquids will be lower than that of solid preparations.
Of concern to any user of Winstrol during a cycle should be its intoxicating effect on the liver . The drug is a 17aa structured steroid , meaning it has been structured in a way which allows it to be orally bio-available, yet this has the negative effect of making Winstrol potentially harmful to the liver. It is therefore paramount the duration of a Winstrol cycle is limited, the dose of the drug is not excessive, the user does not stack it with other hepatotoxic compounds, does not drink alcohol whilst on cycle, and does not use Winstrol if they have an underlying medical condition which effects the livers health. There are supplements available which also help protect the liver (Milk Thistle, Liv-52 etc), and these would be advisable during any Winstrol cycle .
